![]() Tada! Can't find the mail anymore! Also you can't generate the url-scheme links directly, for linking in Notes and similar. I may have a note that "This mail has critical info regard X on project Y, follow up when you get to stage Z". So when its time to follow up on a mail from Todoist some links have stopped working and Spark can't find the mail. Sparks url-scheme links are great, but will randomly stop working. It's not a long requirements list, but all of my tried apps fall through in some way: I deal with a large amount of projects during work, so need to store mails so I can easily find them later based on which projects they relate to.Preferable a good system for moving mails to folders (for later reference).Should be URL-scheme, so it works on both MacOS, iPhone OS and iPad OS.The link should be in the title (Spark does this), not in a comment (Missive).Adding mail to Todoist must create a clickable link in the task that opens the mail in the native app.Client for Mac OS and iOS (both iPhone and iPad). To support this workflow I want to add mail to todoist as a task together with everything else, and most 3rd party have some integration, but none that really works for me. Some times that means deferring a mail to a later date, either because if requires a lot of work to respond to, or because I want to follow up on it later (from days to months). I use GTD to manage my work, and try to empty my mail inbox every day, as I do with my GTD/Todoist-inbox. What mail client are you using? I've tried Spark, Airmail, Newton, Native Apple Mail, but haven't found any of them to fully support my intended work flow.
